This Halloween, Beyond Plastics supporter, Gloria’s decorations were truly terrifying. She created a "plastic ocean on land" using a tiny fraction of the plastic in her home and paired her "haunted by plastic" house with information to educate trick-or-treaters and passersby.

In honor of Plastic Free July 2022, Beyond Plastics Local Groups & Affiliates hosted "Plastic Take-Backs," where they returned plastic packaging to major grocery chains across the country and called on CEOs to commit to phasing out single-use plastic packaging.
